AN ATTESTATION TO THE UNENUMERATED RIGHTS RETAINED BY THE PEOPLE
I, the undersigned, do hereby affirm my alignment with the foundational principles of the 9th Amendment Project (9AP) and the Torch of Liberty Media Foundation Inc. By executing this Pledge, I formally recognize that my liberties are inherent to my person, preceding the existence of the State and independent of any government mandate. I stand in defense of the “other rights retained by the People” which, though not specifically enumerated in the Constitution, shall never be denied or disparaged.
I SOLEMNLY PLEDGE MY SUPPORT TO THE FOLLOWING PILLARS:
- THE PRESUMPTION OF LIBERTY: I maintain that in all matters where the Constitution is silent, the legal and moral presumption must favor my individual liberty over state authority, placing the burden of proof squarely on the State to justify any incursion.
- THE SOVEREIGNTY OF SELF-OWNERSHIP: I assert that I have a natural and absolute property right in my own person. This includes the exclusive authority to control my physical body, my biological integrity, and my private medical decisions, free from the coercive mandates or administrative stewardship of the State.
- THE SANCTITY OF THE FAMILY: I recognize the exclusive right and sacred duty of parents to direct the upbringing, education, and moral development of their children as a jurisdiction independent of, and preceding, the political state.
- THE INTEGRITY OF THE BALLOT: I affirm that my right to a non-diluted vote is a core component of my sovereignty. I support the strict verification of citizenship to protect the value of my consent and the integrity of the American social contract.
