The 9th Amendment Project (9AP) is the constitutional research and advocacy arm of the Torch of Liberty Media Foundation Inc. Our mission is to restore the “forgotten” architectural integrity of the U.S. Constitution by championing the 9th Amendment as the ultimate procedural shield for the unenumerated rights of the People.
We believe that a truly Minarchist society—one governed by the least amount of state interference—requires a rigorous defense of the rights that exist beyond those specifically listed in the Bill of Rights.
What We Stand For
In an era of increasing federal overreach and executive fiat, the 9AP provides a scholarly and media-driven counter-weight. Our work is grounded in three core pillars:
